This is Food Tech Event

Food producers and processors work tirelessly to improve our food: it must be tastier, healthier, fresher, but also have a longer shelf life. At the same time, the need for continuous availability and greater convenience is growing, which requires faster, more efficient, more sustainable processes with minimal waste. Technology and continuous innovation play a crucial role in this. It requires innovative and increasingly smart machines and equipment, but also quality assurance, food safety, hygiene and process optimization.

The Food Tech Event is the trade fair where you can discover the latest techniques, innovations and technological developments for food production and processing.

Food Tech Event places a strong focus on technical applications and mechanical engineering in production and processing environments in the food and beverage industry. Machine construction, equipment construction and technology for production and processing lines.

Next Tech Food Factories contributes to the organization of two panel discussions on May 16, read more about these panels below.

Technology and digitalization fuel the future of the food industry; At a time when technology and innovation are playing an increasingly important role, the integration of digitalization no longer seems an option, but a necessity for the food processing sector to remain future-proof.
From optimizing production processes to ensuring food safety, traceability and efficiency – digitalization promises several benefits that can strengthen the industry.
But while the promises of digitalization are tempting, questions also arise about the practical implementation, the potential challenges and the role of humans. How are we going to fulfill the promise together?
